Creator 2012 Install Fails

I have tried and tried to install the roxio 2012 but it fails everytime at backontrack and then rolls back. I have clean the systemed, updated drivers, logfile.zip, created a new user and tried to install and about everything in between.

 

I tried to use the DISABLEPRODUCTS=backontrack_39 and that did not seem to work as intended. I have included the log file can you please help. I would prefer to not even have the backontrack so how can I get this thing installed without it?

The command is case sensitive I believe. Also if you have 64-bit this doesn't work. Try the following command below. Should work for both 32-bit and 64-bit

 

setup.exe DisableProducts=BACKONTRACK_39,BACKONTRACK_A64_39 Mandatory=0
