The box opens, but the video box is black and the video clip won't play?? Hi Nancy - I had the same problem. My problem was caused by Internet Explorer 9. It seems as though some machine configurations with IE9 installed cause a conflict with ROXIO products. Anyway - for what it is worth...I went back to IE8 and the Trim function works on all files just fine and the preview pane and play function work as well. Respectfully, Art S. There is very little information in your original post to work with other then "it doesn't work". Read this post and come back with some more information.
