Toast 11 Pro

I bought Toast 11 pro to promotional link received on september 2011 by e-mail, but i didn't receive all the contents declared on promotion.

In the herewith link is very clear the contents of Toast, but in download Photomagic 3RE is not included and the Roxio support continue didn't give me any support and any solution.

There are two versions of Toast. The standard one and the Pro version. The latter includes some third-party apps Fotomagico and Photoshop Elements along with the Blu-ray plugin. If you bought the pro version there I'm pretty sure there are two download files. One installs the Toast 11 Titanium folder with all the standard apps and the other has the individual installers for the Pro extras. Your confirmation email also would have the registration codes for those extras from the Pro version.

 

This is something you need to settle with Roxio customer support.
