Okay, so I have a Game Capture device, I've had it about 3 months or so. It worked fine up until recently. One day it said "USB Device malfunctioned or drivers not installed correctly" (Something along these lines can't remember exact wording). So I tried reinstalling the drivers via the disc. That didn't work, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. That didn't work, so I looked on here and tried the steps in this post: http://forums.support.roxio.com/topic/75528-help-install-usb/ . That didn't work either. All I'm getting is one "Unknown USB" device in device manager.
Details on machine and OS:
Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate
8 USB ports
Other details available upon request.
Any kind of help would be appreciated. Attached is the error and what I see in device manager.
