Need A Link To Download Because My Laptop Wont Download Cd

I went into PC World today and bought the Roxio Game Capture for console but I can not download the CD because the thing you put the CD in has broken off my laptop. I looked on Roxio's website and I saw that If you enter your order information then you can download it but I think this may just be for people who bought it online.

 

Can anyone help?

Get an external DVD burner for your laptop.

 

BTW, you install the software, from the CD, not download it. You download things from the internet. And that CD thing is a tray.
