Roxio Burn

sybil

Question

I am so upset I want to burn the #$^@ Roxio install disk. Ihad Roxio 2010 and could not get any help with getting it to install on my newlap top. For almost six months I went back and forth with Roxio emails andeverything I was told to do did not work. I could not get phone support becauseI didn’t have 2011. It got to the point that I had a computer expert come overand try to get Roxio to work. It was a nightmare; He also could not get it towork right. So I just decided to order Roxio 2011, which I got two months ago.Thinking that if I had issues I would get phone support. Well the joke was onme!

I have not been able to get Roxio to burn a Music CD. AfrerI click burn it runs but it only burns a small part of the songs. I have sentRoxio three emails in the past two weeks with no responds.

So I decided to call them and guess what? They don’t supportRoxio 2011 any longer because they came out with Roxio 2012. What the WHO DA?So in two months I missed getting 2012. And if 2012 was available two monthsago why are the selling 2011?

If I could reach someone over there I would ring their neck.

Is there anyone out here that can help me with this burningissue?

Don't use Roxio Burn ! Use the application in the Music/Audio tab that is called "Create Music Disc Projects". Select CD. Also go to the options and select burn text to disc (if you want that).

How do you know that it burns only small parts of the music? If you look on the disc, do you see a 1g cda file. That iis just a pointer to the actual file. What have you tried to play it with?

Also all bets are off if you are trying to burn DRM protected music from, for example ITunes. You should have gotten as notification that the program won't work with protected music. . Places like ITunes limit the number of times that you can burn a piece of music to a disc. The fair use standard doesn't matter.

Please stick with your original thread uness someone told you to start a new one because your question was attached to a thread that had a different topic.
