Product Not Validated

Question

When I enter the product key after the CD installer has prompted me to do so, a box pops up and tells me the product is not validated.

 

How do I fix this?

 

I have registered my product and am VERY annoyed that I cannot seem to finf any customer service phone number. This is ridiculous.
