Label Creator - Print To Disc - Hp Photosmart 309A

When I design a label in Label Creator and try to Print to Disc I do not see my printer - HP PhotoSmart 309a Series listed amongst the available printers.

 

Is this somthing which Roxio have failed to include or does it rquire some input on my part?

 

I am a relative novice so any assisance would be appreciated.

I have an Epson Photo R230, but the only actual printer that shows in the Printer window is "Epson ESC/P Standard 2"

Once I select that, and then go down and set Media to 'Print to Disc' a list of Epson printers comes up in the 'Paper Type' window. I select the listed printer that's closest to mine, and print with that after once calibrating it.

 

I'm wondering if a generic HP printer appears in your Printer window, and if selected along with 'Print to Disc', does a list of HP printers appear in the 'Paper Type' window for you. If so, selecting the nearest HP printer to yours should do the trick.

Hi Brendon, thanks for your response.

 

Although I can select my printer in the Printer Window it still only shows a list of Epson Printers in the Paper Type list, so no solutiion there I'm afraid.
