Burning Blu-Ray Without Reencoding

I've authored a Blu-ray disk in Toast 11 Pro, burned it, and saved the project as a Disk Image. When I go to burn additional disks (all on standard DVD-5s), Toast re-encodes each time. I thought that the application would use the already encoded files in the disk-image folder for the project. What am I doing wrong?

Are you using the Disc Image setting in the Copy window to burn your additional discs?
