Creator 2012 - How To Use Extended Download ?

I had problems with Creator 2012's web/video convert function.

The program terminated abnormally every time I tried to

load videos from the web.

I paid for "Extended Download" service for 3 years

when I originally bought the product a couple of months ago

but I can not find how or where to go on the Roxio support web

to re-download the product.

 

Can anyone tell me how to do it ?

Why do you want to download again? Did you not save the downloaded files and/or burn them to a DVD.

 

Perhaps if you explained exactly what is happening someone here can help you.
