Can't Make This Work

WOW! Easy is not what I call this. I have a mac mini 10.5.8 with an intel processor which I installed Easy vhs to dvd on. The program runs fine for about 5 - 10 minutes then quits. If that's not bad enough, it is showing that what I recorded has used up hard drive space, but the clip can't be found ANYWHERE. Can't even find a phone number for anyone to walk me through this. I never would have purchased this product had I known it was this difficult to get answers to a few simple questions. HELP
