Hi

I'm not sure if this it the right place to ask the following question, but appreciate if anyone help me this.

Old CinePlayer could replay the UtlraISO mounted ISO image, but latest version (Roxio 2012) can not.

Thanks and regards,

Kizu

I don't know what you mean by old cineplayer?

What is the "UtlraISO mounted ISO image"?

Does cineplayer give you a error?

More details wouldn't hurt!

Hi cdanteek

Old = Version 3.9 Build 391B46A, which included in Easy Media Creator 10

New = Version 5.8.C18 Build 582B58A, which is included in Roxio Creator Pro 2012

I mounted a ISO image file on the virtual DVD drive by the mount tool(UlraISO).

New CinePlayer recognized the media was mounted but said the format of the media was not supported and I needed additional decoder.

Old CinePlayer worked fine to play the same virtual DVD.

Thanks

Kizu

Easy Media Creator 10 and Roxio Creator Pro 2012 both installed on the same operating system?

What operating system?

Have you created or used a Roxio virtual drive and tried that with the image?

Again, what is the image of?
