Is there a way to add video only without audio while keeping the current audio using Roxio Creator 12?

If not, does the pro version allow you to do this?

Please explain in more detail. You can keep the main video on the timeline with the audio and then add the second video as an overlay. The main video's audio will still be the one that you hear.

Yes. I want to keep the audio from the first video while adding the new video as an overlay.

How do you do this? When I tried to video as overlay, it didn't work.

Right clcik on the overlay video in the timeline. Select to edit native track, move the volume slider all the way to the left. See if that gives you what you want.
