Proxy Manger Has Stopped Working/vcgproxyfilemanagervhs.exe

Just installed the app (build 201b23a), get this message when I start the app. Click close, then I get the MS Visual C++ Runtime error with VCGProxyFileManagerVHS.exe. Loops through the error messages again and then app loads, shows input but despite display, does not record. Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 64bit. Ideas?
