MercenaryR56
I have no idea why the player is doing what it's doing. When I try to play X-Men First Class (Blu Ray) on my computer, the computer recognizes the disc, and then launches Roxio Cineplayer BD. Then it goes to full screen with a black screen. And then, it refuses to do anything else. The program freezes, and I can't even eject the disk (even after closing program), I have to reboot my computer for the disc drive to open. It doesn't have this problem on other Blu-Rays, like my LOST Season 6, which it reads and plays perfectly fine. Can anyone please help me figure out why it's doing this? I have Windows 7 64 bit, and a 4x Blu-Ray Drive. Like i said before, the computer recognizes that there is a BD in the drive, just the player won't play it. Probably a new DRM protection scheme that won't allow playing that disc. The disc thinks your are trying to copy it since you put it into your computer. You might want to go to the Blu-ray site to see if they have anything for you. Note that Roxio no longer sells the Blu-ray plug in to CinePlayer. I guess that they couldn't keep up.
