Color Distortion On Both Tv And Capture Screen

I am getting an odd color distortion when using RGC. It looks like bars of distorted color rising from the bottom to the top. Being as it is the same type of distortion you see when trying to video tape a digital screen, my thought is some kind of interference. Can anyone give advice as to how to fix the issue?

 

Also, everything is up to date, I went through the forum and support notes, and my computer meets the minimum specs.

Here is a video of some Halo Reach game play that shows the problem. Look for the green and pink tinted areas that are most visible on the bottom half of the screen.

 

It is also worth noting that I tried uninstall and then reinstall the software. It did nothing to fix the problem and, in fact, the discoloration still shows up on the TV when the USB cable was plugged in and the Game Capture software was uninstalled.Game Play with Error.wmv

Sorry, the quality of that video is so bad as wmv that I can't tell anyting. Try uploading the file to UpforDown or YouTube at better quality. mp4 would probably be better.

Should have thought of that. I had to nerf the quality so much to get it on here.
