I bought Easy VHS to DVD about 4 months ago from Wal-Mart. I took the software home and tried to install it only to find that the CD Key didn't work or there is a glitch in the CD. Wal-Mart does not allow any returns on opened software so I am stuck dealing with Roxio Customer Service, which has been very underwhelming to say the least! I have been promised a replacement CD now for 4 months. Originally it was supposed to take up to 29 business days for the replacement cd to get to me. It has now been 50+ business days and I keep getting the run around. I wish I could just talk to a human instead of emails that state they are going to pass my complaint up the ladder and then I never hear anything back so I start a new complaint ticket and the process starts all over again. I was hoping to get some family VHS tapes converted to DVD and suprise my mother for her birthday, missed that one so I thought maybe for Christmas... It looks like that will not happen either. Two of my ticket #s 1262102 and 1314901 in case any admins see this. At this point I am pretty close to giving up on getting a replacement CD or my money back. I'm Very Dissappointed in Roxio and their customer service.
