Do you really think you supplied enough information for anyone to even guess??? :huh:

 

A little more information would help us get a better picture. Try using these guidelines for describing your problem and your system: HERE

 

A lot of them won't apply (probably?) but most will help you describe your problem so we can assist ;)

 

You also posted in the Forum for Creator 2011 yet typed 2012...

oops! didn't know this forum was for 2011

 

Ok the error message is "Unable to open sound device" and I am running Windows 7 home Premium edition with dual core at 2.6o GHz with 4 gig of RAM, sound card is Realtek High Definition Audio and the mic is built in to the Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000.

 

It all worked fine with Roxio 2009.

The video works now with Roxio 2012 but I can't seem to get the audio (the mic) to work.
