Photos "covered" In Videowave

CindyLouLou

Question

I have created a slideshow in VideoWave and was ready to move to MyDVD (to mail out for Christmas presents, of course). The slideshow played perfectly yesterday, but now there is a grey overlay on the first several pictures/transitions. I can not find any setting or overlay on the panels that have this issue, and I tried to cut/readd them without success.

I am attaching screenshots. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Cindy

Does the grey box show up so that it covers the titles at the beginning of the slide show? Please post an image of the timeline without being in the internal track. Just clcik on timeline when you are in storyline.

How are you adding the text? Are you using a grey color? It looks black in the image.

What does the internal track of the first 3 "blocks" look like?

Sknis, thank you for the reply. I finally tried to access this under my husband's user ID (he is the computer 'owner') and the grey 'covers' are gone. I am certain that I created the file under my username, because several photos and the music were not accessible from his login. I tried setting the permissions on the file but this did not help. So, I have a short term solution but it would be great to know what the cause/workaround is?
