Help It Wont't Let Me Install The Roxio Game Capture Software

it won't let me install the roxio game capture software even though i have the disc in it says i need to trouble shoot it and when i do it says i need to install a driver and when i go to update it i can't because it says there is no driver to install. Can i use roxio burner or something please help. Another thing when i insert my disc in the try it goes to roxio burner by it's self and says like blank disc or something. Also for some reason my installation diskcin blank like there is no software or anything on it

You can download isobuster from cnet .com and scan the disc to see what is on it. Do not buy the application. You just need to see if the disc is blank or not.

 

That "or something" is as important. What is the exact wording?

Well when i had roxio burner installed it just said blank and when i go check what files are in the disc it shows nothing. No it never been used because i go it for christmas yesterday and it was in a box. When i try to update the driver it says none can be found on the internet.

Also when i put the disc in the tray it says how would you like to use this disc? Like a USB flash drive or like a CD/DVD player. And if i click the CD one it says what would you like to burn

The disc is not a DVD -RW. There is nothign you could have done to delete the contents. You could have damaged it mechanically.

 

Where did you get the program and the device? Contatc Roxio via e-mail or via chat during their normal working hours.
