I paid good money for this product. I followed the instructions, but didn't get a picture. I looked online, but didn't see any updates to this product.. Why would something I just bought need updating anyways?? One would think, but then, we ARE dealing with Roxio here.
For a year now, I have been trying to get Roxio to help me, but they do not.
I installed my software, then uninstalled it as it didn't work. Then I reinstalled it. It still didn't work. So, I tried all this again. It took me many times of cleaning my computer and having to go to previous backups in order to get rid of this software.
So I tried one more time. It wants a code, and, as I have been asking Roxio for help since Day 1, but they still haven't assisted, here I am with useless hardware, and software that is a waste of time and money.
When I buy products, I expect them to work, and if they don't then I expect to be able to take it back to get a working copy.
NOT WITH ROXIO...THE LATEST IS THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL STATING CLICK ON THE LINK. all will be well, I thought. HA HA **AM I EVER STUPID!!!
THERE IS NO LINK IN THE EMAIL, AND WHEN I REPLIED, THINKING IT WAS AN HONEST MISTAKE ON THEIR PART, I SOON FOUND THAT I DO NOT GET ANY RESPONSES.
MY ONLY SATISFACTION IS THAT EACH AND EVERY TIME I AM AT THE STORE, AND IF I SEE SOMEONE LOOKING AT ROXIO ANYTHING, I IMMEDIATELY TELL THEM ALL ABOUT THE ROXIO EASY RIP OFF ARTISTS.
