Had Audio Now Roxio Only Recognizes Internal Mic

I just bought VHS to DVD and transferred at least 5 Hi8 video's directly to DVD without a problem.

Now all of a sudden I can get video but the audio that is being recorded is from the computers internal microphone. So anything I say or do winds up on the DVD with the picture/vide from my Hi8. I can't find anywhere to control what audio Roxio uses. I'm assuming it is automatic but it's not working properly and I'm stumped and can't use the product.

 

BTW, I'm using Window's 7 if that makes a difference.

One thing I forgot to mention. I can open the sound editor and capture the audio independently but it is not with the video.

So that being said, I know the cable still work and the audio trax are good on my hi8.

Get it set up and running (input from a VHS or something) then click on the little speaker icon in your Sys Tray (lower RH corner) and pick Mixer.

 

What is going on in there?
