More likely you are capturing at 1) too high a resolution or 2) Your computer doesn't have the processing power to work with it. Since you didn't post any detail but a nice video of the issue, I would suggest you look at this first (link) then this. Does you computer meet or exceed the minimum requirements for this application (link) By the video , I would expect some sort of a resolution issue.
