Missing Video And Photo Categories At The Home Page

I am on Windows 7, at the Roxio Creator 11 Home Window, the project categories on the far left is missing 2 modules, Video and Photos. I am only seeing Data and Audio. Why? I think I was using the others earlier.

 

I was hoping to make a family dvd slideshow for Xmas, but now i'm going to be too late. hope you can help me by tomorrow????

Let's try this...

 

Do the Prep Steps to the letter!

 

Then start the install of the Suite, only pick Repair when it is offered.

 

Updates to Roxio will have to be installed.

Yes, repair did work. I'm surprised. Though it took me all day, from reinstall and full install, and/or repair. Once after a full install the only category missing was Photos. But finally I got one of the repairs to come up without something missing.

One more thing. Some registry cleaners are very agressive and will remove some needed Roxio entries.

 

Do not use any Registry Cleaners either as stand alone or as part of an anti-virus suite.

Sonic Boom, Roxio's installation specialist has a post pinned at the top of the C2011 Installation/Uninstallation/Update forum, dealing with this.
