Can't Get The Cd To Install

Whenever I click on the .exe file for the cd (I have vista btw), it will run the install software. It asks me what language i want, and wen i click on english, it sends me to a screen that says:

 

This operating system does not meet the minimum requirements for Roxio Game Capture. This product will not be installed.

 

Microsoft Windows XP SP2 (64 bit)

Microsoft Windows XP SP3 (64 bit)

Microsoft Windows Vista SP2 (32/64 bit)

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, Professional, or Ultimate (32/64 bit)

Do you have the Vista Service Pack 2 installed?

 

Does your computer meet the following minimum requirements?

I am also having these same problems with the roxio game capture pro hd cd. I just bought it and don't want to send it back because of hardware problems. I have vista and have downloaded the service pack 2.
