Help Me Please! :(

Okay well i got a roxio capture card for xmas i set it all up watching several tutorials trying to get it the work, all wires are in right place. On the program it actually says theres no signal in red and in the record time left bit it comes up with this: %02d:%02d:%02

 

I just want to get it fixed as ive waited ages to get it and it needs fixing. when im on the actual program all the arrows where you scroll down are completely blank!!!

 

Please help me and i will be so thankful!

What do you have for the source and for the options?

 

The program does not seem to be reading your "C" drive very well. Is "C' your system drive? How much free space do you have on it?

 

Is the program installed on the system drive?

I got a laptop lenovo but not the best things to use..

i followed the instructions twice!

theres nothing coming up on the source it surpose to say the roxio capture card, and the options is on PAL-I but everytime i try to change it or something it goes back to PAL-I.

Its on the c drive and theres over 130G space left.

and its saved on the C drive

Guess how many Lenovo laptops there are? Just a quick look showed 6 series - at least 17 models not counting the convertable. That is for the US; I didn't look for your area of the world. . Guess how many possible operating systems there are 3 major Windows operating systems, 64 bit and 32 bit and different version of each.

We have to get that information in order to see if your laptop will even run the program. Please don't make us pull teeth in order to try to help you.

 

Did you let Windows install the drivers or did you install the software before installing the device?

I install the software before installing the device i think i get my dad to sort out the info about the laptop and stuff for you as i dont know much about it as he bought it and stuff but if not i will be buying a new computer soon, but i would like to you my laptop for it for now so i need to fix it..
