No Source No Signal Nothing Help?

Hey everyone i recently purchades the roxio game capture and it arrived so i installed the disk it gave me plugged everything in correctly but this happens http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/853/whatm.png/ i also took a picture of the devices i have plugged in but as you see http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/560/anotherwhat.png/ thats what shows up i tried reinstalling and everything i cant seem to fix it any help oh and just saying i opend another capture program and it sais no Video capture found so its not the program

From the look of your first screen I see nothing showing for Source.

To me this means the software isn't seeing the device.

From your second shot I take that to mean the drivers for the device aren't loaded.

 

Go to Device manager and see if this is what it looks like or if you see 2 entires with yellow exclamtion marks by them.Your screen may look a bit different depending on what OS you're using.

 

 

If you see the 2 Roxio entries then the drivers are ok and there's another issue.If you see entries with the exclamations then the drivers are the issue.
