I have an MSI AE2420 3D (all in one pc). Roxio player play DVD but not blue-ray as its said. My MSI has BD-ROM that is HL-DT-STBDDVDRW CT21N. When i try to play one (and i have tried many movies) it says "The application could not read this copy protected disc" The DVDs are genuine. I also have the right region settings.

I have test the DVD's in SONY PS3 and working perfect. What am i doing wrong?

Name the Disc your trying to play?

The DVD is Final Destination 5.

And i've tried to update my version but it says "the software manager did not find updates for your application" Can i update by finding it in the net?

Go to there site and look for a update under updates for your model PC.

 

It's a OEM Bundled with the PC, they the PC maker handles all support.

 

Why, because it's different than Roxio's full Retail Version or what comes bundled with their suites like Creator 2012.
