End Of File -100003

We recently updated to Windows 7 only to find out that it isn't compatible with DVDit ProHD. However, it did load and we received the error, "end of file -100003". I reverted our computer back to Windows XP and we are encountering the same error message. We thought it was related to Windows 7, but obviously not, as we have tried authoring 3 new projects in XP only to get the same error message each time. We've been using this software for nearly 2 years, so it's not new to us, but the problem is. PLEASE HELP

I have Windows 7 and it is running very well with the last version of DVit! HD Pro.When you will want to do some experiênces, please, will do a security image with Acronis, Norton, Windows 7 tools, and so on.DVDit! HDPpro is not a software who has my prefrences.Is like a dead product.In my humble opinion, you must uninstall DVDit! and after clean the Registry with an adequate tool(f.ex.: CCleaner). After all these steps try to install DVDit! and activate it. I suggest by e-mail to contact "support" explaining your situation and the need to reactivate this software. Very good luck!!!!!
