VHS to DVD 2008 version

I have a roxio easy VHStoDVD 2008 version. I used this application for a few hours when I first bought it and it worked fine. Recently I decided to transfer more files but got an error message saying VCUPermits12.dll is missing from my computer. How can I resolve this issue?

Love to know the Version or Build number, but you have to be able to run the program to know that

 

I only want to know that because some version are not compatible with Win7 They work for a short time and then fail...

 

In anycase, the 'solution' is going to be the same...

 

Do the Prep Steps to the letter!

 

Then start the install of the Suite, only pick Repair when it is offered.

 

See what Version or Build you have after that and tell us your OS. (some have SP Updates that are no longer available)
