Roxio Creator 2012 Will Not Install

I tried several times to install Roxio Creator 2012 and it hung up.

Copied all files to my hard drive, tried it from there and it hung up.

Deleted older version of Rixio Creator, tried again and it still hung up.

Disabled everything and tried again and it still hung up.

Fed up with a crapping low quality purchase.

No phone number to call to really let you know how I feel.

 

Roxio, Send me a refund check or make it work.

Is it a bought version , disc and a retail box, from where?

 

Or a download from Roxio's website?

 

Sonic Boom (Roxio's installation expert) should be along tomorrow and will need your installation logs, please post them.

Roxio has phone support for C2012 customers, North America but Sonic Boom is probably your best bet.
