Game Capture Problems On Xbox 360

Having problems when recording on game capture on xbox 360. 2 problems really, first is that top of screen is repeated at bottom. Second is that audio is recorded in super speed (making everyone sound like chipmunks!) and also the video seems to be quicker too.

 

Any easy solutions?
