Is this where I need to get out the crystal ball?


How about some text on your problem. At least post your computer specs (model and complete model number). My guess now is that your computer does not meet the minimum specs required or that the program did not install properly.


Without much more information, we suggest you talk to Roxio sales and technical service. Sales so yoiu can get your money back (within 30 days) of purchase and technical servie (pay for) to get it running. They will ask for a lot more information that we have.
