Can I Install The Roxio Software On A Usb-Device

Hi all,

 

I have a question - is it possible to install the Roxio Software on a USB-device to have a kind of portable solution to record gameplays on a different notebook without always installing the whole software?

 

It would be great if someone has a anwer to this...

As far as I can tell the answer is no.

I was able to run the install and tell it to use a USB drive but once it was finished the program wouldn't run from it.

I installed it to the USB drive using my desktop and then tried to run it from my laptop.

Even though I told it to install to H (my USB drive) as I watched the install some files were still copied to my C drive.

 

Another thing is it could be a licensing issue.I haven't read the license through so I can't say for sure but it would be the same as installing it on multiple machines I think.
