I have everything plugged in correctly and it was working for a bit and now it isn't working. It says I have no signal now and there is a black screen up. My tv only goes to 480p is that the problem?

Post your computer manufacturer and complete model number. Have you ever done any maintenance on it?

Do you run a registry cleaner? Don't but probably too late.

Double check your wires to make sure they haven't come lose.

What was changed between the time it workied and didn't work?

Sorry it is rc5129609-0004

Doesn't matter. Your CPU is a single core processor that doesn't meet the minimum specs. It will never work. You have a AMD Athlon 64 3200+ / 2.2 GHz single core processor. There is very little hope to upgrade your process in that e-machines computer to make it work.

What is a good cheap tower to buy that meets the requirements?

There are none. Cheap means that they do not put in good and powerful CPU and GPUs that are needed for the program. I would not recommend ANY cheap computers; perhaps somone else will but be careful. Take time to look for refurbished computers from name brands if you want to save money.
