I recently bought the Game Capture, but upon setting up, I noticed my TV - Toshiba 32BV500B - does not have a port for the component (green, red, blue) cables, only two HDMI ports, VGA, Scart and Yellow, White and Red.

Is there any method to still use the game capture with the TV?

You must have missed the 4th PINNED post at the top of this forum ( http://forums.support.roxio.com/forum/285-roxio-game-capture-for-consoles/ ).

I did see the post before starting the topic, but my TV is not old. I've had it only 3 months. I found the issue. The TV came with an adapter, where you put the three cables in one end, and at the other is a 3.5mm jack that you would put in a headphone socket - something I have never seen before.

Is this the cable http://www.suntekstore.com/goods-10002574-35mm+to+3+RCA+AV+Camcorder+Cable+%284+Feet+%29.html .

That is used for connecting to a camcorder (that is just one way of using it).

So, to clarify, you say you found the issue, so we can close this thread as solved by user.

If it's anything besides a component cable it won't work.

I have no idea if Toshiba has an adapter that goes from Component to a Mini jack.Sounds kind of unlikely but ok.

To me that cable sounds more like a Composite plus Audio cable.

jimmyparker, are you actually getting a picture on the TV and does it look ok?
