I redownloaded the program and it installed correctly. When I open the program a dialog box opens: PRODUCT ACTIVATION. I go to the website as it tells me to do: http://activation.roxio.com/activateme/Default.aspx
There I am asked to enter the product key. I enter my correct serial number and it does not accept this as it needs a 25 digit product key. On January 7th it worked just fine and then the very next day it required activation and this is the result. Support has been completely useless. This has happened several times over the past 2 years. Terrible service. I have been waiting three days for a reply.
