Screen Blur + A Whole Lot Of Fail.

Hi,

 

I bought a Roxio today.. I've set it up perfectly (I thought) using my HDTV and my Xbox 360.

 

I've come to a couple of problems..

 

1)

 

that comes up when I try and capture anything. The sound sounds ok.. but the video looks awful.

 

 

2) For some reason I have managed to make the whole xbox a bit blurry compared to my normal settings without changing anything (Nothing is the quality it used to be.. is this because of Roxio?)

 

 

 

I have installed the service pack etc but to no avail. Help would be greatly appreciated. I used to run a dazzle to do the same and that worked fine so it can't be my computer/xbox/cable/tv
