Toast11 Pro Won't Install

When attempting to install Toast on my Mac Pro (OS 10.6.8) I get a message the install failed and to contact Roxio. I have sent them an email but being the weekend I suspect I won't get a response until Monday or so. Thought I would try the discussion board and see if anyone might have encountered this. Attached is the message I am getting. I've tired several times on the Mac Pro and a Mac Mini with the same OS. Any ideas on what might be happening? I purchased the software on eBay and it came without the box or the manual. I'm wondering if this is legit software...

All you need is a legitimate license code. If you have that then you can download, install and launch Toast 11.0.4 from the Roxio Software Updates page. It has everything included with the standard (not Pro) version of Toast 11 Titanium.
