Disc Image Won't Play

I burned a 3 minute HD (HDV 720p60 movie) as a disc image. The image mounts on the desktop but the apple DVD player does not play it. The error message from the player says file type not supported. I think I followed the instructions correctly. I googled this problem and looked on this discussion but could not find anything helpful.

 

Any ideas what I might try?

I found out the Apple DVD only play disc images created in DVD SP. So how can I view a disc image created in Toast 11? I must be missing something.

Try playing the mounted disc image using Roxio Video Player which is accessed via the Toast Extras menu. VLC Media Player also should work.
