Tv Can't Find Signal Of Ps3

Hey,

 

So I bought the gamecap a few days ago, bought the component cables for the ps3 and set up everything, the only problem is, my tv can't find a signal output from the cable, even though I have all the settings correct, and cables installed, I tried to reset my ps3 output settings and removed the HDMI cable I was using before, but still nothing

 

any help on this? I have a Philips 3000 series 32" Full HD if this is of any use
