Rip And Advance Rip Problems

charliewb

Question

Edit on 26 Jan - No responses so let me clarify. The Submit Disc popup window is too large to fit on the screen properly when there are a large number of tracks on the disc. I cannot label the disc in this case with anything but the default Unknown. I have a 24" monitor in 1920x1080 resolution, so the screen is not the issue, it's the badly designed popup window. Please let me know how to fix this.

I have many CDs already copied from LPs to disc, but do not have any info - artist, track titles, etc. I am riping them using Creator 2012 so I can go back and fix the info. I use Submit disc so that I can manually enter the info. However, some CDs have as many as 50 tracks and the Submit Disc popup is so large the "Submit" button at the bottom is below the screen and can't be accessed. The popup cannot be moved because the top bar is above the screen, and that's the only part of the popup that can be used to move it. The popup can't be resized, either.

So, I tried using the RIp advance. I filled in all information. I checked to ensure it was going to the correct drive/folder. I Started it and it ran to completion, giving a final note that tracks would be assigned. However, nothing was copied to the drive. I did a search of the entire hard drive - nothing.

Now, when the Submit Disc popup fits into the screen properly, everything works fine. I have no probem with either Rip or Rip advanced.

Please help.
