Video Signal

Pete05

Question

Upon initial loading of the software the system worked as advertised. The software system actually captured several videos to DVD in an excellent manner. Now using the same equipment there is no video signal. The audio signal is fine. I checked the VHS player and it is outputing a excellent video signal. I Changed cables and feel certain the cable is fine. I reloaded the software with the same results. I am running a Dell Studio laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium. Please provide any help on how to correct the failure of the software to recoginize the video signal.

First, this is not Roxio Support, we are just fellow users like you. The software does not normally just stop working....something has changed

Have you made any changes on your laptop, updates, added knew programs, ran any registry cleaners.

Are the drivers showing in device manager with the USB Device plugged in?
