sknis
Ok, tell me what question I did not answer to ?? As above please answer the question in post #12. Since you won't answer that question, we believe that you are trying to do somethign illegal and we won't help with that. Our problem is that with out knowing what you are trying to capture, we cannot give you a complete answer. If you are trying to capture a video from an on-line source, it is probably DRM protected and it would be illegal. If you are capturing something that you made a video of then just connecting the device to your computer, then there is no need to capture because that is a digital file. If you are doing game capture, then that is something else entirely. I think the bottom line is that you DO NOT HAVE the required jacks to use any kind of capture device. Go to the nearest Apple store (if there is one near you) or call Apple technical support to find out what they recommend for transferring the digital information from your device to your computer. BY the way since you have an Apple device, do you have a PC or MAC? Why don't you just connect the Ipod to your computer and then use the Roxio Game Capture for PC? grandpabruce
Sorry, where can I find those posts? The posts are in the thread that you created! You don't answer any questions asked, so I doubt that it would benefit you to contact Roxio tech support, because they will ask you to answer questions. My advice to you is to not get the Game Capture.
ogdens
No, I don't have an IPad. And I have few questions : Can I record with out connecting it to the TV? Does this capture card works as any other one? Can I contact the creaters of Game Capture to get the answer to problem? You sure can contact Roxio (do it right away): Telephone Support: during normal business hours* at 877-793-7471 (North America only). *Monday - Friday, 11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., EST. sknis
Sorry, where can I find those posts? Remember that we are just users so you can get as upset as you want. It won't do any good. Get off that IPad and use a real computer to give us more information. Are you looking at this forum on the IPad?

Vitalus
See what happens when you don't post enough information? Are you copying to or from the IPod. Now it sounds like you want to do a game capture from your game consol to a IPod. You would have to capture to your computer, edit (if necessary) and then upload that video file to the IPod. Many of the people here use and advise on several of the Roxio products. WQe may be overthinking what you are trying to do. Please explain in greater detail. If you don;t have the game capture, are you asking for the purpose of buying it? How you you know it is better? Roxio has a 30 day $$$ back policy with no questions asked.
