Does This Software Have A Self Destruct Mechanism?

From all i've read and from my personal experiences with the software and capture card, The Software seems to like to sabotage itself, Giving you audio problems, Video problems, Countless Re installs and the software refusing to work all together. Why on earth has it no ability to remain on a machine for more than a week without a problem? I loved this capture card at first, Now i'm starting to regret buying it :/

Cool idea, never thought about it, but it would be a really new type of software- Self destructing, saboteuring...

Sometimes an over exuberant registry cleaner will cause those types of problems. Do you have one and do you use it? Check your anti-virus package to see if the registry cleaner is active there if you don't have a stand alone program. System Mechanic was the one that caused me grief. Those guys update frequently so changes they make could affect the Roxio program.
