I have tried everything they list in the support area, removed .plist files for Roxio, repaired permissions, downloaded and installed Cocktail and ran that also. Nothing seams to work.

It's a longshot but you might use MemTest to do a full check of your Mac's RAM. Also, if the problem is just with this one video then my guess is it has a problem such as dropped frames that are causing the player to crash.

I have the same exact problem, video may run for about 10 mins, then it crashes.

Which OS are you using? Does it make any difference if the video is standard definition of HD? I'm presuming you have Toast 11.0.4 installed, right?

I have the problem on two machines running Lion a Mac pro and Mac air. Yep have the current version installed. I thought I may found the solution I was running both 64 bit mode switched to 32 bit. The video ran for 5 mins longer I started a video on both machines and they crashed within minute of each other.

I downloaded version 10 and haven't had a problem in over 3 hours. Sad you have to pay twice to get something to work.
