My PC specs are:

Vista Home Premium

Processor: Intel® Core2 Duo CPU 2.66GHz

System type: 32-bit

Did you try the suggestions in the above link? Are you connected to the Internet?

That is all you have? Just a box with a processor in it - nothing else like video card/chip or audio or etc. Post your computer maker and COMPLETE model number. If you have a laptop; it is on the bottom.

Don't post the same problem in two different places.

Nope don't konw how. Is that card good enough or not tohugh?

The card should be good enough with the new drivers.

Go here and put in your information. Follow the instructions. It looks like the new drivers are really new. At the site I linked to, you can also do the automatic detection and install. Download that application About 1/3 of the way down and about the center of that page.

Didn't work ive updated my drivers but still comes up with the same screen any more ideas?

Just guessing again. Reinstall directX 9. It may be corrupted.

<LI>Update Microsoft DirectX. Instructions from Microsoft HERE. Direct X helps assist with audio and video components of Roxio products.
