sknis Posted February 8, 2012 Report Share Posted February 8, 2012 Didn't work ive updated my drivers but still comes up with the same screen any more ideas? Just guessing again. Reinstall directX 9. It may be corrupted. <LI>Update Microsoft DirectX. Instructions from Microsoft HERE. Direct X helps assist with audio and video components of Roxio products. Did you read the linked thread in post 2 and try ALL of that? part way through the installation (of the link you game me on my card type) it says: So i press ok and then near the end it says 'Failures occurred during installation' any ideas? and on the page it links you o it says 'Application Install: install package failure!' at the bottom. It looks like the new drivers are really new. At the site I linked to, you can also do the automatic detection and install. Yes i'm connected to the internet when i try to open it it says unidentified next to the router im connected to though, and the router is in my bedroom along with my computer so i dont konw why it says unidentifyed. Just a box with a processor in it - nothing else like video card/chip or audio or etc. Post your computer maker and COMPLETE model number. If you have a laptop; it is on the bottom.
