Roxio Gamecap Software Doesn't Open! Help!

Hello,i just purchased the Roxio Game Capture device and i have connected everything with my tv and my ps3 and everything seems to be working fine so far.But there is a problem with the software.I have installed it on my computer but whenever i try to open it,it never opens!!

Nothing happens.The screen just stays like it was!I have re-installed it 2 or 3 times now and everytime i experience the same problem!My computer is running on windows 7 ultimate 64bit with AMD Athlon Dual-Core QL-64 2.10 GHz

Unless you have a home built computer, please post the manufacturer and COMPLETE model number. (Laptrops have that infor on the bottom of the case).

 

Remove the program using the free Revo Uninstaller from Cnet.com

 

Update your computer usingthis guide. If you skip a step or can do one, let us know.

 

Keep your anti-virus OFF.and then reinstall.

 

Please come back with an update on your situation.

Hello,thank your for your answer!I installed and launched the software with no problem.

Now i have a different problem!

When i click on record and then capture this is how me screen is(watch the picture attached)

i would appreciate it if someone could solve my problem!

PAL should work on PS3 but only at certain resolutions. Read this.
