Bd Cineplayer Problem

Hi everyone!

I have Roxio Cineplayer BD (Version 5.8.A06) preinstalled on my NB.

I already download latest update from Cineplayer sw, but still have problem.

Any kind of BD 2D I put on my NB I cannot see any image just hear sound!

If I change BD sw (another brand) I can enjoy my BD as well.

I red other post in this forum and I know it could be Cineplayer DRM problem, but I cannot see any other update.

Does anyone know solution?

All my best.

Hi Cdantek,

It's NB G74 by Asus

Cineplayer Version is preinstalled on NB.

I'll reply test with other BD I have this evening, so tomorrow I can update my situation.

Thanks a lot.

Asus bundled CinePlayer OEM software with your NB notebook.

Any and all support for that notebook and the software installed is supposed to be the responsibility of Asus.
