Audio Problems

choked

Question

Has anyone had audio problems? I have an ear-piercing noise (hard to describe) when I open the software. I should mention it's the upgrade 3 Plus.

I also interfears with my Microsoft LifeCam by turning it on and the 'screech' comes thru it as well. I

want my money back!

Disable the LifeCam when you are capturing. VHS2DVD3 does not interfere with the LifeCam, it is most likely the other way around and that is why you are getting the screech. I have the same thing happening when the WebCam is enabled.

I have the same problem after updating to DVD 3 Plus. I am trying to convert home videos and the software is trying to grab the sound through the computer microphone instead of the USB plug. Why? How can I change this? Getting very frustrated.

Disable your computer microphone, and see if your problem is corrected.

Thanks to everyone for responding. I uninstalled Microsoft LifeCam

and I still get the screeching.

Roxio 2010 was working fine but since I upgraded to 3 Plus I'm

having this problem. The LifeCam was as well until I installed

3 Plus. So now I have 2 pieces of software that doesn't work!!!

There was no need to uninstall the LifeCam, just disable it.
